Pick-pads are a great resource for people who struggle with skin picking (dermatillomania). Picking the beads out of these pads is an excellent tactile replacement for picking on skin. 

These 2.5" square pick pads are packed with seed beads on one side, and large, irregular beads on the other. Each one can provide about 45 minutes of picking for the average person.

These pads are reusable up to 30 times- only a microwave and a bowl are required! 

Note for smell sensitive folks: The re-meltable silicone smells like citrus.
